This policy explains what information PopSaju, run by Rulai Studio, handles and why. The short version: we use your birth details to calculate your reading, and today we don't store them.
1. What you give us
- Birth details: date of birth, birth time (optional) and birthplace or time zone, plus the artist or group you pick.
We use these only to calculate your chart and reading. The calculation runs on our server when you press the button; the result is sent back to your browser and the birth details are not saved in a database or linked to your name or email. Share-card images are made on your own device.
2. What is collected automatically
- Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider records technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.
- No tracking: we don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser storage to follow you.
3. Services we rely on
- Vercel hosts the site and processes the requests described above.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which sees your IP address.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
4. When we add accounts and paid readings
Some features aren't live yet. When they are, this policy will be updated before they launch:
- Accounts will store your email address, the birth details you save and the readings you buy, so you can see them again on any device.
- Payments will be processed by a payment provider acting as reseller of record. They receive your payment details; we never see your full card number.
- Written readings may be generated with an AI service. It would receive the calculated chart, not your name, email or payment details.
5. Children
PopSaju isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used. Email hello@popsaju.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Because we don't currently store birth details, there is usually nothing to delete.
7. International use
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under their own safeguards.
