Every paid reading on PopSaju is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no free trials that turn into charges, and nothing renews automatically.
1. When you get a refund
You get a full refund if, within 7 days of buying:
- the reading you paid for was never delivered or doesn't load,
- it shows an error, or
- it was calculated from details other than the ones you entered.
Email us and we'll fix it or refund it.
2. When we don't refund
A reading is digital content you can see in full as soon as you buy it, so we don't refund delivered readings because of a change of mind, disagreement with the interpretation, or because something in it didn't match your experience. Please read the free result and the description before you buy.
3. How to ask
Email hello@popsaju.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider; your bank may take a few days to show it.
4. EU and UK customers
A reading is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you'll be asked to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends the usual 14-day withdrawal right once the reading is shown. Section 1 still applies.
5. Readings are for entertainment
Readings describe tendencies in a birth chart for entertainment and self-reflection. They don't predict events, so a reading “not coming true” isn't an error.
6. Your legal rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer law where you live that can't be waived.
